I notice that I use a lot of point words to connect one sentence, to another that preceded it. I also repeat important terms. For example, technology, distraction, relationships, and other terms that are important to my thesis and to my claims. I use a variety of all of the devices that are mentioned throughout my piece, but tend to use point terms more frequently. There were not any passages that were hard to read due to a lack of connecting ideas, but I think I need to break up some of my longer paragraphs. Every sentence that I write relates to both surrounding sentences, and to the main of idea of my claims/thesis.
